Great listener and offers many options of therapy.
Awesome Mental Health Counselor. Don't we all need someone somtimes? For me, she mostly listens and shares insights but she has some great options for people to help them work through things. Newer therapies that we have explored and are really great. (Sound Healing, Energy, Mind and Body Code, EMDR.) She also offers Telehealth visits, so if you can't make it to the office, that is an option. Her new office (Pont Hunan Cytgord Consulting at 8182 S 700E Ste 230 in Sandy) has a greater feel than her old office. The new place feels very comfortable, not clinical, and it's welcoming. I would recommend April to anyone needing a good therapist. I also learned that she has recently started facilitating a peer support group for hard working women who are struggling with grief and burnout. So Women, we all know how hard we work and how much we feel things (grief is not only with the death of a loved one, it comes in many forms).
