We needed immediate care for someone who found it too difficult and challenging to leave home. The previous physician who had housecalls as a care option in the past, no longer offered it due to Covid. Also, since there had been a gap on time since an office visit had been made, the office determined any office visit would be considered as a new patient, not an existing patient visit. So, we needed to find a new medical practice. I found PHC online, completed information and submitted online. The next day, we received a callback and an appointment was set for within the next couple of days. Antonise Johnson was our Nurse Practitioner who came to the home. She was easy to talk to, listened to our concerns, was very thorough and compassionate in her care. The diagnosis was made, medications were called to pharmacy, clear instructions were explained and treatment began that same day. We were very pleased with the care by Antonise and felt confident with her medical knowledge.
