Dr. Anthony Webb, OD

Horrible experience. Dr. Webb is nice and flirty but my glasses were made wrong. The lenses were made too large to fit in the frame. My frames broke because of the pressure. After 4 times to their office and way too many phone calls, they finally ordered me new frames. When the frames came in, the lady had to force them into the frame. She told me they would probably break because she felt it weaken. She said they would order me a new complete pair of glasses. The new frames broke in the same spot as the before just like she said. Now they won't replace them because they have drug this out a year. I have been blind all year long because they sold me expensive glasses that were made wrong and flirty Dr. Webb won't come out of pocket for it even after his employee admitted they were at fault.

I would just like to have glasses that don't break from you. I went to you a year ago. Got glasses that were made incorrectly. They broke right off because the lens were too big to fit in the frame properly. 9 months later yall finally ordered a new set of frames that you had to force the lenses into and they broke again from the stress. Yall said you would order me a new pair and mail them to me. That never happened. Now I have been blind more than 10 months of this year because of you. It's time for a new exam. I will going elsewhere. Also, the lady up front was rude twice when I went in to get them fixed. The first time no one could find a tool to fix them. The second time, no one was there that could fix them. The 3rd I went in, I left because of the rude lady who didn't want to help anyone. The 4th time, the lady was nice and tried her best but even she said they were made wrong and would order me another pair. I'm sick of broken promises and glasses. Horrible experience.

The office has no sign, so do not think you are in the wrong place. Liked his approach on how to take care of you. Great doctor! The staff is nice, so maybe he did not have good staff in the past.

I have been going to Dr. Webb since I was 2 years old (over 17 years) and love it. He is an amazing doctor and everyone is very helpful.

Dr. Webb is the most caring doctor. He has glaucoma as well, so can sympathize with us. Highly recommended, and he is a reservist, so his practice is small. You have a good chance of getting an appointment much sooner than other eye doctors in town.

He is a good doctor but this new staff not answering the phone and I cannot locate the new office

He takes the time to talk to you and thoroughly explains proedures and any findings along with possible treatment options.

My wife and I went to see Dr Web in August 2019. They charged our Flex accounts, but never delivered the glasses.

Dr Webb is very nice. I have gone to Dr. Webb for almost 20 years now. He truly takes the time to listen to his patients while in the office. However, I ordered glasses from his office and I still have not received them. It's been over a month since I ordered them when I was told it would take 2-3 weeks!

He is an awesome doctor who listens to you and is very informative.

Dr. Webb is an outstanding doctor. He never rushes his patients and he is extremely thorough. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. My family has been going to his office for years and he is the first, and only, recommendation I give for the best eye health.

Dr. Webb is great but the experience with the rude and unprofessional staff makes the visit horrible.

Dr Webb is very thorough and has an awesome bedside manner which is essential for a good Dr/patient repertoire. He is very skilled and had a knack for pulling the info needed to diagnose you correctly.

Dr. Webb was very informative and welcomed my questions. He listened to my concerns and gave options for the best remedy. Awesome job!
