Dr. Rao is as genuine as it gets. He is kind and he is thorough. I have been going to Dr. Rao for about 15 years and he is always happy to see his patients and always spends the amount of time necessary to ensure his patient is well informed and comfortable. I recently had cataract surgery and he even called me in the evening to see how I was. He's a 5 plus star !
