Friendly and keeps it real. Helps you set the right goals at the right time. Not only he trained with me at the gym but also brought vegetables from his garden to help me eat healthy. He also knows all the tricks to get a home workout so you have no excuses if you can't make it to the gym. He also helped me keep my body fat percentage controlled while still gaining muscle. 100% recommended.
