Great. I really liked Dr. Richardson. She really listened to me. She asked the right questions. She was honest, which I appreciate. I was honest with her. We discussed the supplements I take and why. When I called to make the appointment, I asked them about doing blood work before, so that we could discuss it at the visit. The person on the phone told me, We don't do that. So, I brought it up with the Dr., and repeated what I was told. Dr. did state that wasn't true and she would handle it. They did call back with the results. Then when they called to set up an appointment, they did set up one for the blood work, ahead of time. I am very Glad she is whom I see.

Do not go this woman. She's very unknowable. I went in to see her because I KNEW I had a kidney infection. I asked that she get me labs done so that I could get on antibiotics right away. Of course, she's always rushing you to get out of the room. She sent in the order for the wrong labs, and of course, everything came back fine. Guess who landed in the Hospital a few days later with a severe kidney and bladder infection because of her mistake. I was hospitalize for THREE DAYS. She really shouldn't be seeing patients, she's bound to get someone killed. On a different appointment, I had scheduled a PAP and when I got there, the room was not set up for one, and she had no clue what that's what she was doing. So I went to an unnecessary appointment just to have to come back AGAIN to do the procedure because she didn't have time. Very unprofessional.
