Takes forever in returning telephone call even when URGENT! I cannot understand why when she is a very good provider, but now beginning to have my doubts. When the asst. to Annmarie called me it seemed like she was in the background telling this asst. what to say. It seemed like the asst. did not know what to say to me EXACTLY. Annmarie should have been talking to me. The front office staff is horrendous. They are NEVER at the desk when I come in, even if they are NOT in a staff meeting.
