Anne is a highly effective therapist. She is skilled, easy to talk with and passionate about helping others become their best selves. Anne’s in-depth knowledge and experience in psychology empower her to teach clients many different tools and strategies to navigate life and personal challenges. Anne’s sessions offer a safe and respectful environment of understanding, discussion and learning. With Anne’s guidance and encouragement, I am able to walk out of sessions with a clearer understanding; with a tool or strategy to immediately implement in my life to help me reach my goals. Anne has made a meaningful impact on my life and mental health and I highly recommend her.

Working with Anne has literally been a life saver, when we started working together I was at my lowest. She was so patient with me as I worked with a psychiatrist to find the right medications to help me stabilize, so I could start to do the work. She's extremely easy to talk to and she does more than listen or ask how it makes me feel. She offers practical skills to help me cope and resolve issues and they do really help. Anne is so very supportive and I look forward to our sessions.

Life is better now since seeing Anne and applying the skills I have learned to daily life. Before Anne, I went to counseling and therapy without results. With the safety I feel with her, I am able to learn skills in a non-judgmental environment. And I can use these skills at home. My husband has learned some skills from my use, and he can now encourage me to use them when I need them. It is possible to heal from trauma. Recovery is a worthwhile process, and with Anne on my side, I am good.

The support and guidance that I've received from Anne in clinical supervision has been immeasurable! I have seem many professionals in her industry, none of which have come close to helping me progress as much as Anne has. She is as genuine a person as I have ever met. Her strategies are unique and different, yet powerful in my opinion. I cannot thank her enough for the path that I am currently on, a path in which she was a crucial part paving!

I have been in therapy on and off since age 8 (I am 41 now) and found Ann when I went into a depression in 2014. She has done more for me than anyone I have seen in the past 30 years. Even when I would get a little better in the past, I never really got "better" until I worked with Ann. She taught me to rewire my brain to significantly reduce the anxiety I took as a permanent handicap. My life has never been better. I am forever grateful to find this practice and Ann, specifically.

When I started meeting for weekly sessions with Anne, I was at a very low point in my life. I was struggling with many issues that were too much for me to handle on my own. I knew that I needed help and guidance. She was extremely supportive in helping me to identify ways to cope, deal and identify situations that I had no control over and make smart choices for the things that I could.
