This place is horrible! I called the office about issues with my appointment and charges. I spoke with Amber Morris who promptly put me on hold. She ended up hanging up on me. I called back and Amber was put back on the phone. Instead of addressing my issues, she raised her voice at me and told me she see's why I need therapy and hung up again. I called back but the office kept putting me through to Amber. I will never use this company again as long as Amber works there. I can see why so many people have wrote bad reviews about the office staff. I don't understand why this office would keep unprofessional workers. If they can't handle the job they are supposed to do, then they should find another field of work in.
