Anne Marie is the absolute best
If you are looking for a nutrionist to give you good advice on changes to make in your diet, look no further than Anne-Marie Alford! She is knowledgeable, kind, funny and encouraging. Her infomation in practical in that no food is considered 'bad' or 'off limits' but everything in moderation is acceptable. She gives you good substitues that help you make better and healthier choices as well. She is so enjoyable to be with - just a joy! I highly recommend Anne-Marie.

Coolest dietitian around !
Telehealth
Anne-Marie is awesome. It’s my first time working with a dietitian and she’s been so helpful in my journey mentally and physically. She really showed me how to intuitively eat without making it feel overwhelming. Her approach was very manageable and I really appreciate it! She’s changed the way I think about food for the better! And always reminding me to not forget about the non scale victories!

We love Anne-Marie!
I highly recommend Doherty Nutrition. Anne-Marie Alford has been helping my son who has ARFID to keep up his progress and try new things. She's wonderful with children and my son looks forward to his appointments with her. We're thankful to have found her!

Excellent !!!
Anne listen to all my concerns, my current health situation somehow was delicate and she was able to follow up with every two weeks working closely with reports from my other doctors to develop a plan that improves my health, nutrition and self steem!
