Dr. Anne Malave, PHD

Dr Malave made assumptions and was judgemental. After failed IVF I described incidents of being in public and seeing or hearing babies causing me to cry and just go back home. I asked for tips, coping techniques, grounding exercises...she had nothing! She is not tech savy trying to do Zoom meetings was so complicated with her.

Dr. Malave has saved our marriage. She is a nationally accredited psychologist and you would be lucky to find an open spot with her. She is that good! We started seeing Dr. Malave when our relationship was going through a rough patch due to fertility challenges, and we were both struggling to communicate effectively with each other. From the very first session, she made us feel comfortable and safe to share our thoughts and feelings. Dr. Malave is extremely skilled in helping us to identify the root causes of our issues and to develop effective strategies to address them. She is always non-judgmental and empathetic, and her guidance helped us to better understand each other and our own needs and motivations. Thanks to her expertise and support, our relationship has transformed into a much healthier and happier one. We are now able to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts in a constructive way, and deepen our emotional connection. We would highly recommend her to anyone seeking help with their relationship. She is truly an expert in her field and has a gift for helping couples to build stronger and more fulfilling relationships.

I did a psych evaluation with Dr. Malave. I've never felt so judged in my life. If you enjoyed the Spanish Inquisition, you're going to love her. Seriously, I didn't know psychologists could lack empathy. Alas. I would really suggest she take a look at improving how to be with people.

Consulting Dr. Malave was a big mistake and total waste of time and money. She is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. She looks for avenues to enroll the patient in more sessions to mint money. During our session, she kept on looking at the time and created unnecessary pressure. She judged every statement and twisted it to convince that we should continue our therapy.

I honestly can’t believe how badly my appointment went. She made so many wrong assumptions I was wondering if she heard anything I was saying at all. She was frankly rude at several points throughout and ultimately made me feel judged and belittled. Shocked to find that there are positive reviews on here.

I highly recommend Dr. Malave if you are looking for help in the fertility department. She is direct and challenging in the sense where she will make you think and come to realizations that will help you evolve and work through your problems. If you prefer direct, straight shooting communication, you should see Dr Malave!

Showed no compassion, seemed to form opinions before actuallu listening or trying to understand, left me feeling misunderstood and judged. Really wish I had a way to vet her before the appointment was made. Really regret making the appointment.

Highly suggest. Dr. Malave has been a rock for me the past few months and has really help me grow as a person and keep my stress levels down. I love working with her and HIGHLY suggest anyone going through hard times and want personal growth- go to Dr. Malave.
