Horrible nurse no compassion
This nurse called to turn away the patient to the ER without examining them. It was late appointment, so she was probably more concerned about finishing her shift early instead of listening and trying to ease their ailment. Once there she told the patient to go the ER after payment was received. Basically would not prescribe anything and referred to ER before examining. Then to justify the charges she pretended to look at vitals again after previous nurse had already done this
