Listens Well. Good ideas!
I needed to meet in person to discuss issues and concerns. Hopefully, we will get resolutions. Hard to get an appointment with anyone at this office. In person or telehealth. Difficult to receive a return call or message through the portal. I really like Dr. Tchang and her team very much but communication needs to happen and quicker!! They need someone to be totally dedicated to prescription issues that are timely. Return phone calls needed rather than going back and forth over days by portal when something could be handled in five minutes on the phone!Thank you. Feel free to call to discuss further.
