The portal is user-friendly, the front desk was helpful in setting up my initial appointment, and the appointment was efficient. However, the practice does not listen to patients or track patient communications, which causes delays in care, prescriptions, and insurance approvals. Even after multiple follow-up calls and emails, AnneMarie has not sent the required information to my insurer. When I tried to reach the doctor directly to follow up regarding my concerns, another staff member interceded and indicated that my claim had been denied. She had not read the notes and did not realize (or care!) that the insurer and I had requested the practice provide documentation multiple times, which was why the claim was denied. If you’re looking for a healthcare provider that values their patients, I suggest you look elsewhere.

AnnaMaria is a very caring Arnp nurse practitioner who has taken great care of my wife and myself. She goes the extra effort to solve our medical issues. If she cannot solve the problem she will send you in the right direction. My wife and I appreciate all she has done to help us medically. I have friends that feel the same way. Also she has a wonderful personality to go with her medical position. Her staff start to finish have always been 1st class.

I’ve seen AnnaMaria multiple times in the last year between routine and chronic conditions. I’ve always found her and her staff to be warm and welcoming and I’ve always felt respected including when I declined options she gave me.

Annamaria is very judgmental, and zero sense of humor. She takes every comment literally. She even entered incorrect information into my medical records. I would not recommend her or this practice to anyone. The front desk does not communicate with each other. I made an appointment, when I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment. I even showed the lady behind the desk, Alyssa had made the appointment, but they had no record of it. I had canceled another appointment to go there, and wasted all that gasoline. for nothing. I plan on contacting her supervisor.
