I am a breast cancer survivor of 15 months. My diagnosis is ER+ which means I will take Anastrazole hormone blocker for at least 5-years . I'm very blessed not to have required chemo nor radiation. However, I gained almost 60 pounds and was extremely frustrated. I met with Anna Nguyen, MS PA-C to discuss my options on how to get back on track to loosing the additional weight I'd gained. She researched my medical records and Anastrazole side effects and developed a plan for my weight loss. I'm excited to report that I've lost 29 lbs the last 30-days and my inflammation is also reduced. With a healthy diet plan and combinations of vitamin supplements, I have my energy back, sleeping well at night and seldom have swollen feet, ankles and legs. Thank you Anna for your dedication to your patients in finding what the best programs is for each patient and not a cookie-cutter program!
