Dr. Anna Middleton, PHD

I have been seeing Dr. Middleton as my primary therapist for almost 3 years now. She is a wonderful therapist. I would highly recommend her to friends, family, or anyone looking for a therapist. Dr. Middleton is able to help me work through challenges in my life, while also holding me accountable for my behavior and examining ways in which I can grow and improve. I have had many therapists over the years, but never one this long, who I feel helps me continue to grow and address life challenges as my life changes. She has helped me deal with my depression, anxiety, OCD, childhood trauma, family conflicts, and improving my confidence and interpersonal relationships. She has been willing to include family members in sessions and communicate with my psychiatrist when needed. She is always open to feedback, and has made me feel comfortable to express when something she says doesn't sit right with me. Dr. Middleton is extremely knowledgeable and supportive and I would highly recommend her.
