Impersonal and Demeaning
I found this nurse to be very condescending in her tone, and instead of genuinely listening, she's actually just waiting for her turn to speak.

She always looked bored, was dismissive, and despite barely looking at me during appointments because her eyes were glued to her laptop, for some reason she wrote that I "wore no apparent makeup today" in the session notes for *every single visit* no matter how much makeup I DEFINITELY was wearing (including lipstick - usually red), so I guess I'll add that she has poor attention to detail as well. At no point did I feel like she cared about me or my mental health in any way.
