Wonderful appointment with caring provider. Great eye contact, friendly, and let me watch on her computer screen the adjustments she was making (I find this so interesting). Would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone needing hearing assistance.

And Smith went above during my appointment. She's very knowledgeable. And gave me clarifications on many different ways to eliminate my discomfort. I love my appointment with confidence in her skills. She's a pleasure to have on my medical team.

My 2 hours of time of undivided attention with Annie Smith was very positive and productive. Annie was a good listener as well as proactively offering help and hope for my tinnitus challenges. I learned so much and came out of the appointment with all the tools I need to move towards my goal of moving forward. I would highly recommend this program and Annie Smith

My experience with Dr. Ann Smith was outstanding. She has taken so much time explaining my Tinnitus and what I need to do for the sound. It has been a life changer for me! Today I have an audiology hearing test that was done with so much care. She has such a warm lovely personality..

Dr. Smith did a great job. Gave me space to talk and ask questions while also laying out a treatment plan. I was a bit tangential as a patient and appreciate the space I was allowed to speak freely. It was a great experience from check in to exit. The person who checked me very helpful and pleasant, instantly put me at ease which I appreciated.
