Excellent PT
Dr. Newstead is considerate of one’s time, abilities, and progress. She is thoughtful, conscientious, and thorough. She pushes me to do my best but never beyond my comfort zone or capability. My progress has been amazing thanks to her fabulous care.

I have been to other PT offices but never had the personalized service that Ann gives. She is with you the entirety of your appointment. Ann handled all the insurance billing so I never had an issue. I am very pleased with my shoulder mobility post replacement. I highly recommend Dr. Ann Newstead.

Absolutely the Best11
Ann is one of the smartest, most caring people besides being an excellant physical therapist. Whatever is needed to fix you she can do. Her manipulation, years after my shoulder surgery, got my range of motion back well after my surgeon and his home execises were finished. My other experiences with PT elsewhere consisted of a myriad of exercises and very little contact. She also offers yoga, pilates and has an in house masseuse, extra options for your well being of you choose. If I could give AHNEW ten stars, I would.

Yoga has been an important part of my life and its health for several years, but it can be difficult to find a group that works for you. Ann has generously maintained a class with a very skilled yogi that is quite successful even in COVID times. Ann gives generously of her time, skills, and connections.

Having experienced vestibular rehab with 2 other specialists prior to Ann, I can say that she “blew them out of the water.” She’s prepared, professional, creative and has great sense of humor. On days when I had severe vertigo she even checked on me. While my vertigo hasn’t completely disappeared (and I was told it probably wouldn’t), it has decreased in intensity to the point that I can drive and participate in life. Thank you Ann!
