I have gone through 4 audiologists with my hearing aid over the years and in comparison, Ann is my latest and greatest,...THE BEST. She has the equipment and thoroughly examines my ears to make adjustments as hearing declines over time. She explains how to use your hearing aids and customize it on your phone. I learned and applied myself. She even cleaned out the earwax which was apparently stuck for a long time. Compare and switch, I did.

Dr. Phomenone is very kind and caring. She took great care in assisting my mother and my 2 year old. She identified the issue and made suggestions for our next steps. Also, had good referrals for ENT.

Dr. Ann is the best pediatric cochlear implant mapper on the island! If you hear it you can speak it and she made it happen for our son! Trained at House Ear Institute she is top notch plus my son loves our visits to her from the outer islands. She truly cares and does her very best. You never feel rushed and she welcomes all of questions. We have been through a journey and are so grateful she is in Hawaii to help our keiki's. Thanks Dr. Ann! We love
