I’m not sure if there were any legal or insurance issues with the other commentators, but I believe they don’t accurately reflect on the kind of care provider Ann is. Ann was my primary care provider for 3 years and was incredibly empathetic throughout my health journey. She made sure any place she referred me to was covered by my insurance, always took extra steps to make sure we weren’t missing anything and put me in touch with some of the most experienced doctors in the field where my health issues lied. I was in a pretty bad place when I first started seeing Ann. She took wonderful care of me and always greeted me with a smile. The most important part - she was able to get me the care I needed to get me to where I am today - I have never felt better and I couldn’t have done it without her. 10 out of 10 wishing her all the best! She said she’ll sign off on an urgent document for me, scheduled me for a follow up, then messaged me saying she won’t sign the documents and gave me a letter to “temporary” resolve the issue. Not only did the letter not meet my company’s needs—she put the wrong dates in! Do not trust her!
