Waste of time

Scheduled a follow-up visit after an ER trip, they got me in more than a MONTH later. When I went to sign in they tell me that because I saw a different Urologist more than a year ago, they would not see me. At no time between then and the scheduling did they bother to tell me that. They waited till I came into the appointment. The office manager was very cold and couldn't care less. Thank goodness that I've had no recurring symptoms as now I have to wait to schedule an appointment with the other DR, who knows how long till I actually see a health care provider.
