She sent me a letter out of the blew saying that our relationship had a break in patient/provider relationship. Never in the letter explained the reasoning behind it. When asked about it she said she thought our trust was broken. Never asked me how I felt before emailing me that letter. I felt in a way like she was just trying to get rid of me as a patient. Not to mention the letter she wrote did not make any sense. It doesnt matter I guess anyhow because shes leaving primary care. It's sad because I really did like her as a provider until she sent me the letter.

Such a knowledgable practitioner, she was attentive to my needs and explained everything to me. After having a skin problem for the last 8 years and going to different doctors and not knowing what it is, Anita show it once and knew right away what it was. And now I do too., and now I can use the proper medication for it. I am happy to have found her. Such an amazing practitioner!
