Anita Gadhia-Smith, LICSW

All she cares about is money. Booked an hour session in her D.C. apartment/office which she cut short to 45 min. Did not give me one iota of feedback or guidance, but wanted to book more sessions. When I asked her what she thought, she said our time was up even though we still had 15 minutes. I was disgusted with her demeanor and approach. I was very depressed due to my impending divorce so I just found another therapist. I would not recommend this woman to anyone.

Dr. Smith is a talented, intelligent, and top rated therapist in the Washington D.C. metro areas. She is compassionate, down to earth, and able to put patients at ease while addressing the root cause of psychological help that is needed. She is encouraging, uplifting, and knows how to handle each person's individual needs and guide them on their own individual journey of therapy. I would recommend her to anyone seeking help, especially for addiction, depression/anxiety, and relationship issues.
