Awful. She wouldn’t ever get back to me or refill my meds on time which made me withdrawl twice. Eventually I found out she was no longer working there and said would refill meds for 30 days but that never happened. Nothing but problems trying to refill anything and the pharmacy could never get in touch with her either.

In regards to medication management, I would not recommend Angie Albert. I request a refill over a week prior to being out, she never refilled. Walgreens gave me a front for 3 days and we sent another request, including a call to the office where they said they would refill. This never occurred, resulting in a hospital visit due to medication withdrawals.

I have unsuccessfully seen doctors with terrible results for 22 years and in less than 2 months with Angie Albert I feel like I imagine people are supposed to feel. I have a lot of confidence based on the screening she did prior to her prescribing anything, a screening which identified why I had problems with certain meds before, very thorough, and the results have shown it. I cannot say enough good things about Angie Albert and have already recommended her to a family member.

Great place to go to see a psychological professional and quick and easy scheduling. Also, very little wait time.

I rarely if ever write reviews because I am self employed and hope that if I were having a bad day or just one unfortunate experience that I would be given grace. But I have to highly recommend that you do not use Angie for medication management. Her and her office staff are very unorganized. She is also only open three days a week so if you happen to have an issue with something you have been prescribed she is typically not available to help you. She does not listen to concerns regarding what a medication may cost after exhausting samples but then once you have started you don't want to just stop taking it. I'm sorry to say stay far away if you are needing someone to manage your psychiatric medication.

Angie genuinely listens to me and my concerns. She gives me treatment options. She also has done EMDR therapy with me which helped me immensely. She has really helped me with my past trauma. I always feel safe with her and open to discuss anything.

She has been incredibly unprofessional & reckless with a family member allowing him to tell her what to take for meds. He has lifelong serious mental health issues & she has put his life in danger.

Doctor Angie Albert is an amazing psychiatrist. She listens to me and actually care about me. I switched to her a different Psychiatrist, because the other psychiatrist was never available, always on vacation literally once a month, when I Would come in for follow ups she would ask how my day was that’s all and then I would leave. With Doctor Angie, she actually listens to me and seems to care, she has really helped me these past few months treating me for my depression, adhd, and anxiety disorder. I’m so grateful for the service I am being provided. Not to mention the staff at the IHOPE clinic are supper friendly, and very professional. I’m so pleased with the treatment I’m being provided.

I was with a different provider who wouldn't listen to me. When I saw Angie she listened to me and worked with me to get the right medication, while giving me options in treatment. I started a different medication that worked better with less side effects. I would recommend her highly.

Angie had been treating me for several months and I would grade her expertise as fair. When one drug wasn’t helping, she would just keep adding more til I had this huge cocktail of meds. Then she went on a 2 week vacation and said she’d still be able to authorize refills with her computer. I tried at least 3 times to refill some meds but my pharmacy never heard back from her. Then after not seeing her in about a month, she suddenly refilled one of my meds but at twice the dose.
