Since I have been seen for a chronic issue for so many years, I would expect someone new seeing me to have looked over my history in that department. It was incredibly frustrating to feel questioned and, In my opinion, criticized about the treatment plan I've had for years.

She asked me what my problem was, I would have thought she would at least briefly looked at my file prior to calling. She was informative but cold. In the end she seemed to close the book on my case as if it was over yet the problem was not fixed at that moment. I would have expected someone would want to follow up, I felt like I was dozed out information and my case was closed

What was great about Dr. Angie is. She was very personable, when she entered the room. She made eye contact with me, addressed me by name and shook my hand. She provided a lot of helpful information and showed great interest in my condition. This is the first time someone has taken me seriously about my heartburn and I really appreciated that.
