ABSOLUTE WORST!
This person should NEVER be allowed to be around any sick patient. Her non-nonchalant flippant attitude was horrible. She showed no empathy what so ever regarding my loved one when she was called on and asked to help. She made the situation worse with her horrible demeanor and insisted on her way! She denied the patient medication that was much needed. ( It was ordered by the patients doctor) She has a power trip mentality and needs to be evaluated for her position in healthcare. My loved one suffered for no reason because of her. PLEASE do not leave you're family in her care at Baptist Clay you will regret it!
