She was very rude and it seemed like she was mad at me being there. i told her i was doing what the box says and it was only working sometimes, she looks at me disgusted like im stupid and says no well that wouldnt make a difference if youre using it at night because youre not gonna be sweating at night use it in the morning. Ok well could have told me that and do not have to say it like im stupid and should have known. You could have said that at the first appointment. Then i show her a rash at first she quickly says oh you have excema i’ll write a prescription and then looks closer and is like wait have you been working in brush it looks like poison ivy. i say no then she asks if i have dogs because they can carry it on them. i do have dogs but they never touch my stomach which is where the rash was so she just writes a prescription for a poison ivy lotion or whatever. It very much seems she just wanted to get me out of there and seems like she just hates her job and is just mean.

If I could give a negative score I would Like other people have stated they just discharge with no explanation I have kindly left messages needing a HUGE error fixed in my daughters records because it is impacting her being able to receive care and it is blatantly incorrect Most people would have been angry to see an error like this that is 100% incorrect information but now is a part of her record !! All I asked was for a 5 minute conversation with someone who could put in the correct information.... and no one bothered to call Also, it states right on the discharge that if within 30 days you have an emergency to call and they will help with that one thing only She doesnt have a Dr yet and was trying to avoid a trip to the ER because that runs up prices for everyone Ignored again So we have no option now but to file. against them Also My daughter has never done drugs doesnt drink doesnt take medication She eats healthier than anyone I know See next review for more info
