I was truly blessed to find Angie with 20+ yrs experience. My work with her has been life changing. Its impossible to put everything she’s helped with in here but the main focus has been with trauma/PTSD (managing triggers/obsessive thinking). As well as learning how to live a more healthy holistic lifestyle. She creates a nonjudgmental safe space with a caring, meaningful connection. She helps me figure out what’s best for me without telling me what to do so I can heal & recover at my own pace. When I become stagnant she helps me figure out why and refocus. Of course I’m sure her work with each client is specific to that person. Therapy is not one size fits all. She takes some Insurance & is still offering tele-health (4-2-23) with oe visits by app.
