Dr. Angela Liu, PSY.D

Dr. Liu helped me overcome my PTSD from traumatic domestic violence experiences. I’m very grateful for the psychological therapy she provided. I was able to release the toxic energy built up inside my body and reconnect my feelings with my body. It was a strange experience—I didn’t realize I had numbed my feelings and become so disconnected. Through her therapy, I learned to rest in my comfort zone and set boundaries with people. The detoxification process was unusual; I could actually feel my body releasing the bad and blocked energy from specific areas, and it seemed to exit through my feet. Dr. Liu’s therapy helped me in a profound way.

Dr. Liu is exceptionally helpful. I am dealing with an extremely difficult work environment that was consuming me. Although the problem at work still exists, Dr. Liu guided me on how to manage my response to the situation, empowering me to take back control on my life.

Extremely helpful and knowledgable, I’d recommend Dr. Liu to anyone. She helps create a safe and communicative environment from the get go. Even though I didn’t have insurance at the time, she extended very reasonable client pay fees to me.
