I waited about 30 to 45 minutes past my appointment time both times I met with her. During the 2nd appointment, she asked me why I was there. I told Ms./Dr. Gallien (I wonder if her PHD has anything to do with counseling.) that I believe I have PTSD and that I really needed to talk to someone about my trauma. She told me I had 20 minutes. She was not interested at all, and she checked her watch on a regular basis while I spoke. If you want real help, don't go to her. You will be waisting your time.

I lost a family member and was dealing with grief issues and a complete change in family dynamics. Angela was easy to talk too, and was very helpful in suggesting positive coping skills.
