I can no longer refer to Angela Elliot for HRT services. I was a satisfied pt. at Midwest Urology for years however her recent move includes service declines. During our last mtg she spoke robotically on the virtues and potential problems of testosterone and progesterone, with out making eye contact! Requests for comparison labs were forgotten. When I spoke to her about this on the phone she could not apologize and kept insisting I return to her office to discuss her poor follow up.
