Had the same experience as others here! I sat down with her, and started giving her information about myself. She starts typing in entries. There was no small talk, she treated me like an inmate being processed into corrections. It felt very cold. Very machine-like. As I would tell her things about my health and condition, a minute later, she would ask me the very thing I had just told her. I would say; "I don't drink, I don't smoke." and she would say.. "Do you drink or smoke?" This went on and on, and I was amazed at her ability to completely tune out the other person. Finally I said; "You're not listening to a thing I'm saying! It's amazing how you tune out your patient's voice." She finally breaks out of her trance and looks up, glares at me and says "I'm just trying to get through these questions." Yes, like a good compassionate robot that you are. She rushed like a racehorse through the session, like I was keeping her from her lunch. I reported her! She doesn't care. Period.

Not a good listener. Rushes the patient out.
