Andrietta does not care about her patients at all. She's late and doesn't apologize. She's rushed, doesn't even send in the prescriptions she said she'll prescribe, and doesn't care to know how the person is even doing. I filed a grievance against her and she told them that she submitted 5 medications but she never even sent the 1 medication we spoke about. I have severe PTSD and I was sent by telemed to her. Telemed she was a psychiatrist but she's a nurse... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Visit less than 5 minutes, failed to send in my refill, can't get in contact with them. Very unprofessional.

The visit lasted less than 1 minute and I was charged $250.

Waiting 2 hours after the appointment time for someone to join telehealth appointment. Appointment was scheduled with a doctor and was switched to a nurse without asking me if that was acceptable to me. Total waste of time.
