Top notch Eye Doctor, professional, intelligent

Dr To was on top of my cataracts and got me to eye surgeon who could help me. Over 50 adults should get the extra tests that check for glaucoma, retinal disease and cataracts. You're on top of these before they get too bad. Great staff, opticians are fantastic. Eye glasses are reasonably priced too.

Awesome doctor and knowledgeable

He is great at what he does. He is extremely thorough and cares about all of his patients. He discovered my cataracts when I was only 46. He truly wants what is best for his patients. He cares and always does an outstanding job.

Dr. To, Yippee! The glasses arrived today in Singapore. I can already feel the slight headache I’ve endured easing up. Also, I wish you had chosen my first color for the frame! With zero hesitation, I would Reccomend Dr. To to anyone for optometry as well as care of your eyes. He has an excellent bed side manner, (does not rush his time with you) shows that he has passion for his patients and has proven to be extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing eye issues that are often hard to diagnose. If you need annual optometry needs or systemic care - why not get it from a doctor who cares!?
