Andrew Saldiva, FNP-C

I went to check the newly established Wellness360 on campus, partially for myself and partially for my students. There I met Andrew Saldiva. First he introduced himself “doctor”. Really? Second, when the office xeroxed my insurance card, I asked if there’s a copay or anything due at the moment, he was there and he said no. Third, he looked at my mole and said you better schedule an appt with a dermatologist. That’s it. I was there talking to him no more than 3 minutes. And I got a bill of $316 with $0 insurance adjustment. I called their office and waited for 30 mins, only got a voice remotely sounded like from Mars and completely unintelligible. I then called my insurance provider and they said there’s no claim filed for this service… what’s going on here???

I would give him 10 stars on a scale of 5 stars if I could. Great Nurse Practitioner, the best I have seen, and I am 61 so I have seen quite a few. Very respectful, conscientious, always listens to my symptoms, and always takes great care to find the best care for me. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to see him. His co-workers at the clinic are a great group too!

The absolute worst experience ever! Don’t waste your time! He calls himself “Dr Andrew” sorry but YOU ARE NOT A DOCTOR! So rude, doesn’t listen to patients concerns, sends for tests and labs before they are due. Just the absolute worst of everything imaginable!
