I took my daughter here for an eye examination. They charged me for imaging of her eye that I did not request and was never told would be an extra charge that insurance did not cover. They should be telling patients/parents ahead of time of this additional charge that is an optional service and not included with the eye exam. When I tried to call and resolve this, Natalie at this office told me it had already been done so there was nothing she could do about it. This office is shady!!!!
