I broke my upper denture, and left a message to get it fixed. I got a call back from a woman who stated that there was no way they could help me, and they weren't taking my insurance at the moment. Had she offered me a cash option I would have jumped at it. but she was rude enough that I didn't ask and I won't recommend this provider to anyone. Please upgrade your office staff or providing adequate customer service to new patients.
