Love the doc, hate the office
I’ve been using this facility for 15 years. When it was Carson Family Care, I couldn’t say enough about the care and concern the doctors had. You were truly treated like one of the family. However, since being bought by WellMed, the front office and call in service has plummeted. The doctors, Andrew and Thomas Carson, are wonderful. But I need3 a prescription called in. It took over a week for it to be called in so I wound up running out. Then I got Covid on a Monday. It is Wednesday and the pavlovid still has not been called in. This never would have happened before. I was told they have their procedures. Well, I have mine.
