Patient, kind, attentive, real. Willing to spend time building rapport and trust. My review isn't just about Andy though. His whole staff are stellar. I'm excitable in some ways and it comes off as offensive to some people. Their consistent professionalism and patience has been critical to my continued treatment. Without these people I'd have most likely already given up a long time ago. A medical team worth enduring the horrors and the inequities of Fort Wayne, I highly recommend.

Met him for the first time this week and can't say enough good things about this young man! He is extremely knowledgeable and well educated but most of all he is KIND and CARING! His gentle personality and personal interest is a rare quality to find in a medical person! I wish he could teach ALL others how important it is to treat a patient as a special human being not just a "case" and a paycheck! Thank you Andrew!!
