Dr. Azab helped me with my chronic pain.
Dr. Azab is very knowledgeable in the care he provides. I suffered from chronic pain for at least 12 years and now I am definitely better. My pain was rated at a scale from highest on a 10 and now I'm on 1.

I saw him belittle his receptionists multiple times. I’ve seen him yell and mistreat patients. He is really an evil person that should not be able to practice. He mistreats elderly people as if one day he won’t get there. He yells at them if they can’t hear him or if they can’t fully understand. I’ve seen him make multiple receptionists cry. And he can’t keep one for more than 3 months. I saw one only last 3 days and if that doesn’t say anything I don’t know what will. NO ONE should come here. I have never met someone who is so full of themselves and with no compassion for others.

My wife and I both went to Dr. Azab when we lived in Lubbock back in 2005-2007. Yes, it took several months of slight adjustments and then routine maintenance once every few months to get us into proper alignment, but he was was straightforward, thorough, effective, and most of all, gentle with the adjustments. He explained all the procedures and costs up front, and there were no surprises or unexpected costs at any time. I was thoroughly impressed with his skill and professionalism.

What a joke. Waited 45 min for my first appointment.Told him I had X-rays that were only a few months old but he insisted on taking new ones ($165 with health insurance) after the initial eval he did not adjust me.. He said that was for the next appointment.. Round # 2 waited for an hour only to be told that he would have to see me 3x week for a month to fix my slight back pain. Then 2x week after that..I swear I could see dollar signs in his eyes. Thank god for you tube. I fixed it myself..
