When a healthcare provider exemplifies bad character and a ugly demeanor thats a red flag that let's me know that this provider will not be attentive to the best for my healthcare needs. It's sad how the State of Florida allow unethical and disrespectful conduct from healthcare provider. Courteous and Bedside Manners goes hand to hand, and should be Mandatory and Regulated for All Healthcare Providers and Agencies' Quality Assurance Measure!
