A gifted healer
Dr. Pratt has been my therapist since 2016. I have been able to unpack and untangle a lot of things that have helped me to lead and live well. Whenever I am encouraging people to seek therapy, my prayer is that they are able to find someone to help them as much as Dr. Pratt has helped me.

Very, very disappointed with how I was treated. I had been seeing Dr. Pratt for a couple of months and I needed to move an appointment because of work. I was told to leave a voicemail with her and that she would call me back to get the appointment rescheduled. Not only did she never follow up with me to confirm that I wasn’t coming that week, or to reschedule the appointment, but I never heard from her again— at all. I felt completely forgotten and unimportant. Considering some of the things she and I had been discussing in our sessions, it honestly shocked me that my appointments would be overlooked as though I was never a client of hers. Terrible, terrible way to treat a client coming to you in a time of need.

She is a caring and Christian mental health professional, and assisted me in recovering from the death of my mother. She had dementia and did not know myself and my brother the last six years of her life which was very difficult emotionally. I am grateful for Dr. Waddell-Pratt's expertise, patience, and direction during that difficult time in my life.
