I was a patient of hers up to 9-3-24, on that day I sent her an email requesting a referral for a physiatrist & prior authorization, as I was in need of help with mental health issues. She never responded, instead she had a non-medical office worker respond, and this person converted my medical request to a grievance. so, I responded that I would no longer be participating in the mental health program. Every appointment was 10 to 15 minutes long where I was asked if I wanted to hurt myself or others then more pills and out the door. I had discussed with her in recent past appointments that I needed more but was ignored and left to find help on my own.Now the government funded entity she works at has denied me my basic health care, this entity is changepoint.
