Mrs. Mercado did an amazing job as the "Doctor for the day" when I had to bring my son Caden in for a last minute appointment. He was very apprehensive about going as he's just a little guy but she was very attentive to his needs, polite, professional and courteous the entire time and really made the whole experience great for him!
