Incompetent. Does not keep records!
Was referred to this lady. She would talk about random things not related to the case and when asked to forward session info to other doctors or places she never complied even when they would call and ask for this information. She does not keep proper records. She would always say she was sick or having her own issues. Very unprofessional.
