I cannot seem to get it through Andrea's head 7 times now I have had to bring in my hearing aid to be repaired,Every time I got it back I still had problems with it.I told her more than once it was the volume wheel,There was something wrong inside of it..My hearing aid was suppose to been repaired 3 times and replaced 2 times.Today I went down to find out what was going on with my hearing aid, I turned it in on July 31 2017 here 9 days later They never sent it in! I need a new Audiologist .
