Dr. Liacouras is an outstanding audiologist. Aside from having stellar credentials, she is responsive, passionate, demonstrates that she cares, and takes the time to explore and explain everything. I've had hearing aids for 12 years. Prior experiences were not all at this level. I'm glad to have found her.

Dr. Andrea Liacouras at A 2nd Ear fit me with my new hearing aids (Oticon More minirite rechargeable) three weeks ago; I am so impressed at how well I can hear now.
My life is so much better now that I don’t have to strain to hear people talking . I can even hear them talking to me from their patios. Telephone calls and TV are no longer a struggle either. I am very impressed with the hearing aids and being rechargeable is also a big plus…no more batteries!!
Before I purchased hearing aids, Dr. Liacouras educated me on all of my hearing aid options. She programmed my hearing aids very well and the day of my fitting she helped me connect the hearing aids to my cellphone so I can easily have telehealth follow up appointments and adjustments that are convenient and easy. She is very patient and made sure I understood everything.
Not only is she professional and knowledgeable, but she checks in with me to make sure I am successful with my hearing aids.I highly recommend Dr. Andrea Lia

Greg could not have been more helpful. I arrived from Los Angeles with a dead hearing aid and my daughter's wedding two days later. We contacted my audiologist to get the specs and I was given a loaner. I heard the wedding perfectly. My hearing aid was sent for repair and works great. I wish I lived here to order my next set from them. As I had no car, Greg came to the house As my daughter was working. I'm 75 and really appreciate the help. he deserves the highest rating.
