She evaluated me for my social security disability claim. Not only did she blatantly lie and exaggerate in the report, but she also accused me of taking a controlled substance without a prescription, which is completely false. She contradicted herself several times in the report. She stated that I was formally diagnosed with a medical condition, which is true, but when she listed what she thought my diagnoses actually were, she said I didn't fit the diagnostic criteria for the condition I've been formally diagnosed with for 10 years. She probably is the reason my claim was denied.
Do NOT go to this provider if you are paying out of pocket!
