One of my angels when I was in the hospital.
I was in BWMC for 63 days, spent almost a week on a ventilator. I was almost 70 at the time. I lived on IV feeding, then a stomach tube. I hung on with the hope of eating real food again. Andrea was an angel, tolerating my incessant nagging to be tested and vetted and released from stomach tube bondage. She was super patient with me, ignoring my attempts to get her to say 'Ok' without thorough testing. I'm now loving steak and salmon and bacon-wrapped scallops. Every time I have a meal fit for King Henry, I think of Andrea.
